Dermal filler skin strengthening
This 39-yr old patient was bothered about her smile lines- the creasing around her mouth & between her nose to mouth.
This had progressed over the last few years & it was now more noticeable, particularly when she smiled.
The older method of treating this problem was dermal filler injection below the skin to add volume & lift the skin upwards. Unfortunately, this has the effect of seeing filler move during movement, particularly when smiling.
So, I recommended a skin strengthening treatment to reduce bending of the weaker areas of skin. This helps to reduce both static creases & those which appear on movement, without seeing any visible filler.
The patient loved the treatment effect, was happy about how natural it looked & continues to be a regular patient today.

Skin strengthening
I went to Viv after I had a photo taken, which brought to my attention the deepening of my nose to mouth lines.
I really didn’t want filler as I don’t like the end results, when it starts to look un natural.
Viv recommended the skin strengthening treatment.
I was blown away with the results , it’s softened my nose to mouth and smile lines without looking like I’d had anything done. I cannot recommend it enough, the results are amazing and I haven’t had one person ask if I have had work done, which says everything to me.
