Terms & Conditions (May 1st 2023):

Unless otherwise stated, all appropriate treatments will be carried out at the clinic in Stockton-on-Tees.

All clients will need to complete an online medical questionnaire prior to having any treatment carried out.

All treatments will be subject to either a secure video call-based/face to face consultation/safety assessment made beforehand. The consultation method will be based on client/practitioner safety requirements at the time.

All treatment requests are subject to a separate £50/£75 non-refundable video/face-to-face consultation charge to be paid in advance.
Toxin-based treatments will also be subject to a face to face assessment prior to treatment & this is now charged at £50, in advance, non-refundable & separate to any treatment charge.

An additional charge may need to be made for treatments requiring specific products chosen by clients & this will be at the practitioners' discretion.

Following consultation, all suitable treatment/assessment appointments will be subject to a non-refundable booking fee, to be paid in advance of the appointment.This will go towards the treatment charge, if the practitioner has no concerns regarding safety & suitability for treatment.

All treatments are ultimately at the professional discretion of the aesthetic practitioner.

ALL pre-arranged appointment timings will be subject to adherence to local & national legislation & guidance, so may need to be changed at short notice. We will endeavour to provide adequate notice as best we can, should this occur.

 A £50 charge will now be made for any 'no-shows' & for any cancellations made within 72hours of any pre-arranged appointment.

Treatment offers:

Offers cannot be combined with any other individual offer(s) unless specifically stated.

Offers are limited to one per client within the relevant time frame, unless otherwise stated.

All offers must be redeemed within one calendar month of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Offers may cease at any point at our discretion.

All current offers for Skinpharma Aesthetic treatments are valid for those booked by Skinpharma Aesthetic staff only.

All offers are based on our current full price treatments.

For all gift card purchases:
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, but may be extended, at our discretion.
Valid gift cards may be used for payment of skincare products & services, the pricing of which will be based on current pricing at the time of purchase.
All recipients will require an initial video consultation & possible face to face assessment, prior to any treatment, to assess safety & suitability.

Gift cards may be transferred between individuals at our discretion.

Should a gift certificate be purchased for a client deemed unsuitable for treatment, then a refund will be provided at our discretion.
Any gift card cancellation/refund will be subject to a £10 administration fee.

Workplace / treatment shadowing:

If you're an appropriate healthcare practitioner & would like to shadow my work, please make a request here.

Shadowing of work is for suitably-trained aesthetics practitioners who are also appropriate healthcare practitioners.
Shadowing will not be provided for any non-healthcare practitioner.

Shadowing will be subject to prior completion of a client & company confidentiality agreement.
Pricing is tailored to individual requirements & this will be provided following a request from a suitable practitioner.
Full payment will be required prior to the date of shadowing, details of which will be provided in advance.
Shadowing is intended to be at the clinic in Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees.
We will act within our rights to disallow shadowing to any individual(s) who we feel may be unsuitable to shadow the work carried out.

Cosmetic model treatments:

A list of currently-required cosmetic model treatments is available here.

Appropriate model treatments will include dermal filler, plasma arc skin tightening, skin peel & skin booster treatments only.

Unless otherwise stated, treatments will be carried out at the clinic in Stockton-on-Tees.

Consent will be required for use of any pre-/in-treatment/post-treatment photos or videos for advertising/promotional/training use, prior to treatment.

Treatments may be carried out for the purposes of shadowing by another appropriate aesthetics practitioner - models will be advised of this in advance.
