This 46-yr old client came to us to request treatment for her downturned smile. She thought this was a result of her marionette lines, running downwards from the edges of her mouth. Although is was one cause, it was worsened by the drooping at the edges of her upper lip edges, which made the creases appear deeper. Using a combination fo mid- & higher viscosity dermal fillers, we softened the marionette lines, lifted her upper lip edge & volumised both uper & lower lips. The outcome was a straightening of her downturned smile. She couldn't be happier & is now a regular client of ours.
